Generation of News Metadata (EXT:news)

With the help of the AI Suite, you can also get support in generating or revising various SEO metadata. Among other things, it is possible to generate or revise the metadata (title, description, and keywords) within your news datasets (EXT: news).

1. Where can I find the function?

The News metadata generation can be done as follows:

Switch to the 'List' module
Select the appropriate page or folder in the page tree
Switch to the editing mask of the desired news record
Switch to the 'Metadata' tab
Click the button next to the corresponding field for which you want to generate content

2. Structure/Process of Generation

Setting a News Detail Page

To be able to generate metadata for news posts, you must first in the extension configurations specify the UID of any news detail page.

Click the button
A notification box appears and signals to you that the process has started

3. Validate the results / Selection of a proposal

Automatic use of the dataset's language

The suggestions are always generated in the respective language of the dataset, regardless of the language in which the prompt is formulated!

Should the language of the dataset and the language set for you differ, it may also happen that the backend labels (e.g., in German) and the generated suggestions (e.g., in English) are displayed in different languages.

Select a suggestion
Use the selected suggestion
Save the record to apply the changes

4. View of the selected metadata

After successful saving, the metadata are present in the corresponding field.
