The AI plugin is available to you in all RTE fields within your content elements and/or records that are available to you:

1. Open any content element / record
2. Open the plugin by clicking on the orange icon with the description "AI Plugin"

1. If available, select a predefined prompt template and insert it into the input field by selecting it (if no prompt templates exist, this option is not available).
2. Create your prompt or modify your selected prompt template.
3. Select the desired text model for modifying/extending the text content.
4. Modify/extend the content.

When modifying existing content, you must mark the desired area before calling the AI plugin. Then, using the prompt templates and/or your individual input of the prompt, you can edit the selected content (expand, summarize, shorten, optimize, etc.). The selected text is directly replaced by the result.

In this case, the first sentence was marked as an example and expanded with a property using the prompt.

In this case, no specific area was previously marked. The result will then be inserted at the corresponding position of your cursor.

In this case, an additional list was created.
