Translation of content into "Easy Language"
For the translation of content into “Easy Language”, we have developed our own AI plugin, which you can use in all RTE fields of your content elements available to you. You can set the desired model within the extension settings.
1. Where can I find the function?
The AI plugin is available to you in all RTE fields available to you within your content elements and/or data records:
- Open any content element / any data record
- Start translation into 'Easy Language' by clicking on the orange icon with the description 'Easy Language'
General Notes on Functionality
- If you highlight a text before opening the input mask, this text will be translated into 'Easy Language'.
- If no text is highlighted beforehand, you can then decide whether you want to proceed with the entire text.
- The content is always generated in the preconfigured (page) language.
Function currently not available with "All Languages"
If your record has the language “All Languages” (sys_language_uid -1), the AI plugin unfortunately cannot be used for that at the moment.
