Troubleshooting / Logging

If something does not work as expected, please first check the TYPO3 log (usually found in „var/log/typo3_*.log“.

If, after checking the logs, something still does not work as desired, you are welcome to contact us directly.

For most unexpected errors that occur in connection with requests to the AutoDudes server, you will also receive a unique error code. Please include this error code when contacting us to simplify troubleshooting.

Furthermore, we are grateful for any error reporting to further optimize and improve the AI Suite.
