Translation of Records

With the help of the AI Suite, you can translate existing records or their contents using various models & APIs.

The following section explains the procedure step by step.

1. Where can I find the function?

To access the translation function, follow these steps:

Switch to the List module
Select the page/folder containing the record you wish to translate
Select the desired target language (flag with the "AI-Suite" icon)

Select the desired translation model for the translation of the contents

3. Validate the Results

Target view is configurable

After successful translation, the records will be opened in the editing mask. However, you can also return directly to the list view by setting this in the extension configurations.

After you have carried out the translation of the dataset, the contents along with the translations are created in the new language. By default, the dataset is deactivated and opened in the editing mask.

Fallback is the TYPO3 default behavior
